SAP · Document and Reporting Compliance
SAP DRC consulting
E-invoicing and tax reporting in SAP: we configure SAP Document and Reporting Compliance to meet each country’s rules, using the data already in the system.
SAP Document and Reporting Compliance creates, sends and tracks e-invoices and tax reports in each country’s format. We implement it, support it and train the teams.
Goal
Meet e-invoicing and tax reporting obligations in every country, without parallel processes outside SAP.
Challenges
Rules that change from country to country and year to year, tight legal deadlines, connections to tax authorities and rejected documents that nobody follows up.
What we do
- Requirements by country: What each tax authority requires and what the system already covers, in Portugal, Brazil, France, Mexico and other countries.
- Implementation and integration: Configuring electronic documents and statutory reports, and connecting to tax authorities and networks such as Peppol.
- Testing, go-live and support: Testing with real documents, go-live support and day-to-day support with the monitoring cockpit.
Data and tools
SAP Document and Reporting Compliance in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite and each country’s tax authority platforms.
What you get
E-invoices and tax reports leaving SAP in the right format, a cockpit to track each document and teams ready to use it.
Example
For example: a company that invoices in Portugal and France and needs to issue e-invoices in the French format without changing how it invoices in SAP.
Tax obligations come out of the same system you invoice from.
SAP DRC courses
Tailored courses for tax, finance and IT teams, using each company’s own documents and reports.
- Key users: Issuing, tracking and correcting electronic documents and tax reports in the cockpit.
- Support and IT teams: Configuration, integrations with the authorities and troubleshooting.
- New rules: What changes with each new tax obligation and how it applies in SAP.
In the countries where we work
- Portugal: SAF-T, ATCUD and QR codes on invoices, reporting invoice series to the tax authority, and e-invoicing in public procurement.
- Brazil: NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e, and the changes brought by the tax reform, with CBS and IBS.
- France: Business-to-business e-invoicing and e-reporting, mandatory in phases since September 2026.
- Mexico: CFDI 4.0 issued through a SAT-certified PAC, with complements such as Carta Porte.
DRC covers dozens of countries. These are the markets where we have projects.
