Four SAP solutions, connected to each other.
We implement, improve and teach SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), MM, FI and SD: tax compliance, procurement, finance and sales.
SAP Document and Reporting Compliance
SAP’s solution for digital tax obligations. It creates, sends and tracks electronic documents such as invoices, and prepares each country’s statutory reports from the data already in SAP. It works with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Electronic documents Invoices and other documents in each country’s format, sent to the tax authorities or to customers, with the response recorded in SAP.
- Statutory reports Periodic returns such as VAT, SAF-T or transaction listings, generated, checked and submitted from SAP.
- Monitoring A single cockpit with the status of every document and report, and the errors to fix before the deadline.
Materials Management
Procurement and materials management, from the purchase order to goods receipt and supplier invoice verification.
- Requisitions, purchase orders and contracts
- Goods receipts, issues and stock transfers
- Physical inventory and material valuation
- Supplier invoice verification
Financial Accounting
Financial accounting: general ledger, customers, suppliers, assets and banks, through to period-end close and financial statements.
- General ledger and period-end close
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Fixed assets and bank accounting
- Taxes and statutory reports
Sales and Distribution
Sales and distribution, from quotation to customer order, delivery and billing.
- Quotations and customer orders
- Pricing, conditions and availability checks
- Deliveries and shipping
- Billing and credit management
Sales and purchasing flow into finance. DRC takes them to the tax authorities.
In SAP, every invoice issued in SD and every supplier invoice checked in MM creates an entry in FI. DRC turns those documents and the tax reports into the formats each country requires.
